I ordered a ring and unfortunately the prepaid appraisal had inadvertently been left out of the paperwork. After posting a review stating that, Kim from Allurez customer service, reached out to me by email and followed up by phone offering to send the appraisal asap, which she did. I was so surprised and appreciative of the personal attention! Thank you Kim! BTW, the ring is absolutely gorgeous and obviously beautifully made. I am very pleased with it!

When the second ring was delivered, it was not what I ordered. It was missing the shiny finish as online. Kim was very helpful, informative and worked with her team to get me the ring I initially ordered. Return process was smooth and I was able to receive my order with the shiny finish within the week.
