I ordered a stackable ring and was unaware I had to be present to receive the package for after three attempts it was returned. When I realized this I was devastated. Purchased an emerald ring for my wife. It did take some time to get the item delivered, but the ring was stunning when it got here. My wife wears it everywhere and constantly gets complements.
