🚨 WORST EXPERIENCE — RUN, DON’T WALK 🚨
🚨 WORST EXPERIENCE — RUN, DON’T WALK 🚨 Just like Roland, Bat Crypto, and many others here—I got burned. I was quoted a firm price — “TOTAL, absolutely no other fees.” I was also told pickup would happen within 3 days max. Fast forward to Day 9 — no calls, no texts, no emails returned. Nothing. At that point, I sent a text, email, and voicemail canceling the order for lack of performance and hired another company. Well… wouldn’t you know it — ALL STATE CAR SHIP suddenly had my vehicle picked up the very next morning. Then I get a message: “Your car is on the way — have the balance ready in cash or certified funds: $1,200.” Excuse me… what? That’s $1,000 MORE than the agreed price. I have multiple texts and emails clearly stating $350 total. I immediately called — no answer. Texted — dozens of times. Emailed — same story. After about 30 minutes of calling every number I could find, I finally reached someone named “Anige”… who turned out to be Jasmin James, the same person I dealt with before. Her response (along with “Boss Jeff”)? “Too bad. You signed a contract. It says it’s just an estimate.” Buried in the fine print. Meanwhile, the driver (who was actually a good guy) called me about an hour after pickup. I told him to stop — I wasn’t paying that. He was just as confused as I was when I showed him the messages with the original price. In the end, needing my car and not wanting to stiff the driver, we negotiated $700 cash — still more than double what I was quoted, but at that point it was about damage control. He delivered the car the next morning, on time, and was genuinely professional. The broker? Total scam operation. And just to add insult to injury: When I canceled the second company I hired, they charged a $200 cancellation fee. I disputed and charged everything back — deposit and cancellation fee. I was originally willing to eat the deposit… not after this mess. Bottom line: I moved too fast and didn’t vet the company or the industry. That’s on me. Don’t make the same mistake. If you’re shipping a car, consider using Shiply — you deal directly with the driver, not a shady middleman broker. It may cost a little more upfront, but you’ll save yourself a massive headache.
