We went out to celebrate a birthday party and the service we received was poor. There was only four waiters trying to serve the whole restaurant. It took 40mins to receive our food. All the steaks we ordered were incorrect. The menu prices were not the same as what was on the bill so we ended up paying more. Chicken and ribs were overcooked and hard. Some people left without eating because they didn’t have anymore stakes. They tried to reconcile with us and reduce the bill

Yesterday Night I went here to eat and bowl with a couple of my friends. Firstly they mixed up our table reservation and we ended up eating at a coffee table. Besides that the bouncer was very unfriendly and made us feel very uncomfortable, the dinner was 50 min late and was nothing special considering the price. Finally the accidentally miss our booking of an bowling lane and we had to wait for a long time before we could play. All in all we had a very bad experience and would never recommend this place to anyone!

Last Friday 13th March went to All Star Lanes along with 2 friends to bowl. It was early evening and as we arrived I was stopped on the door by a Hench looking bloke (security I presume) asking me if I was alright and what was our plan? I was amazed by this, so I replied back it's 3 of us coming to bowl and have a couple of drinks. He then went quiet and took a long patronising look at me, I asked "can we please go in"? he finally nodded but said nothing. It was an off putting experience that makes you think, why have security in a bowling venue and then why such unfriendly character? Having said that we did enjoy bowling and some cocktails. it did take time at the bar though.
