I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with your last order. Our goal is always to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Keeping that in mind, we make decisions about shipping based on transit time from each warehouse. If something is out of stock in the warehouse closest to you, we may ship from the other warehouse so we can fill your entire order at once. I am unable to locate an order with your username 'Pradd', but if you can contact us at 800-875-0448 we would appreciate the opportunity to look into the specifics on your order, and find a resolution that is acceptable to you.

Will, I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. What you are referring to is a service we set up with a third party to collect feedback from our customers. It is completely optional. Sometimes they will present a magazine offer, which is also optional. You are in no way obligated to fill out the survey or accept the offer for the magazines.
