Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any emails from your name or from the email address associated with your order. However, we can confirm that your order was voided on 12/10. Because it was voided rather than fully processed, the pending authorization will simply fall off your account. Pending authorizations typically disappear within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. If you still see the pending charge after that window or require additional assistance, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting orders by phone. As an online retailer, all orders must now be placed through our website. This update allows us to process orders more efficiently and accurately. Thank you for your review. We apologize that the package was not received. While researching your missing shipment, we learned that hoodia was a restricted product in your country and yohimbe was prescription only. Both of these ingredients are considered over-the-counter supplements in the US. Unfortunately, as we advise in our checkout notice, packages that do not clear customs are typically abandoned, and abandoned orders are not eligible for refund. We require customers to agree to this notice to place their order because we want to be as transparent as possible about the fact that some nutritional supplements may not be allowed through your local customs office, and as we have no control over customs policies. Our International policy is posted below for your convenience: "We encourage you to call your customs office to find out the exact import taxes or duties you will need to pay before you place your order. Please note that some nutritional supplements may not be allowed into your country. AllStarHealth.com will not issue refunds for orders that are denied entry through customs. You are responsible for checking the customs regulations in your country before placing your order." However, if your package is returned to us, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned items minus any shipping fees. We are truly sorry for any frustration this situation has caused, and please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly for further clarification.

Upon review, it looks like your order was shipped to the address that was entered on the order at the time it was placed. If the address entered was an old address of yours and you've already submitted forms for your move, the Post Office should forward this package to your new address automatically within 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately we are not able to process refunds for orders that were successfully delivered. However, we will be sure to process a refund if the package is returned to us. Although 98% of our orders are able to be shipped the same or following day, our processing time frame is 1-4 business days. Though rare, sometimes our inventory doesn't match what appears to be available. If an item is not in stock, we may hold an order for a day or two if we are expecting an out of stock item to arrive so we can ship your entire order in one shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a processing time frame unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. We offer 3 business day, 2 business day, and next business day shipping.
