Hello AR, I apologize that you were charged additional fees on your order. We are upfront about our international policy regarding customs, and always encourage you to check with customs prior to placing an order. At the time of checkout there was a disclaimer that you had to check and agree to before your order could be processed. It stated: ***IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*** Shipping and Handling charges on your order do not include any import taxes or duties that your local customs office may request upon delivery of your order. Please note that due to current customs restrictions, some nutritional supplements may not be allowed through your local customs office. Please contact your appropriate customs authority if you have any questions about restrictions on the products you ordered. All shipments that do not clear customs will be abandoned. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for abandoned shipments. We will write the actual value of your order on the customs form attached to the box. Any customs, import duties, or additional taxes must be paid by the recipient. AllStarHealth.com has no control over these charges. Please contact us at 001-714-698-0564 and we will attempt to recover the items that were not allowed into your country. Maybe we can do that and get you a refund for what is recovered.

Fail, We apologize if you were charged additional fees from the country of import. At checkout we present all International customers with a disclaimer stating that customs, brokerage or duties fees are not included in our shipping quote. In order to proceed with checkout, you would have needed to check the box agreeing to these terms, and stating that you understand this policy and that you wish to continue with your order. We always aim to be completely upfront and honest about everything we do so we apologize if you felt misled in anyway. If you sent an email, we will respond within a few hours of it being received. Hi Debbie, I apologize for any issues you were having placing an order. We still ship to the UK, and we haven't had any other reports of issues like this on our site. I also was unable to duplicate the issue you are having. Please try again, and simply choose United Kingdom on the drop down menu for Country, and then select your shipping method of preference! We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced while placing your order. Your credit card security is very important to us. Sometimes, the information provided to us by your credit card company is not sufficient for us to verify that you are the cardholder. In these instances, we have added an extra layer of protection to insure you are the cardholder and are authorized to make this purchase. Our primary security method is to charge and refund your card for a small amount between $0.01 and $2.00 and ask you to log in to your issuing bank's web site to verify the exact amount that was charged and refunded. If you were unable to provide this information, we would have to request that you send the copies mentioned in your review as a final attempt to verify that you are authorized to purchase using the credit card provided. Please understand we do this to protect our customers from credit card theft, and that we will only do it this one time so that we can approve your account for all future orders. I hope this better explains the request for additional information. We don't need the scans if you prefer to use the first verification method. Jason, I sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had when you called in today regarding your order. We aren't doing our job properly if you are left dissatisfied with our service when you hang up the phone. We want you to know that we have listened to the recording of the call and will address your concerns directly with the representative that you spoke to. While we regret to see a negative review, we also appreciate the opportunity to improve our customer service. For your security, we will leave the details off this reply and contact you by phone tomorrow to discuss the issue on this order. Just so you know, the card was never charged, it was just a pre-authorization which just holds the funds until the order is processed. Since we were unable to update your address, the authorization was voided and that only takes 24 hours to clear most of the time. I hope you will allow us to provide a resolution tomorrow when we call. We also hope that you will give us the chance to earn back your business.

Richard, We definitely would never add anything to your order without your permission. Have you tried clearing your cache or deleting cookies? We will give you a call to walk through the checkout process and try to duplicate the issue you are having and better diagnose the issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We understand that you would like to ship to a PO Box. USPS is the only carrier that will deliver to PO Boxes, so that option for shipping should be selected to ensure your package is delivered successfully. Additionally, if you have a street address that accepts mail from UPS, we also offer a flat rate $7.95 option to ship with UPS ground. I know it's frustrating when you have two addresses that only get mail from certain carriers, but as long as you chose the correct option we can make sure you get your package. Your business is very important to us, and we hope that one of these options will be acceptable to you so we can earn back your business.
