I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me write a review without rating the product, but I would give it zero stars if I could. I bought two backpacks that they claimed were high-quality. They sent me one that was dented and had torn fabric, and another that costs $100 at other stores, but they sell it for over $200. They didn't send me the backpack they advertised in the picture, which was the one I had ordered. I spent more than 15 days sending messages, but they never responded. $450 wasted, because they kept my money and I ended up with two unusable backpacks; they didn't resolve the problem. Do not buy from this company. In a previous order, they also sent me a backpack with a damaged zipper, although on that occasion they did resolve the issue.

Horrible customer service. Product arrived damaged and poorly made. Website states refund will be given and shipping would be covered by them as well. I sent back the items and NEVER heard back from them to get the shipping cost refunded. Never ordering from here again. They stopped responding all together once they received the return.

I was very impressed with the quality of the handbag. It’s identical to the real thing. They have good communication. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive but well worth the wait.

Great communication and love my purse. All my friends love the look and quality, all asking for information on how to get one for themselves.

This is my second bag from Alley Accessories. I have both a Neverfull and Pochette Métis. I love them both. I have recommended Alley to multiple friends. I’ll surely be a repeat customer.

I ordered from this company early December and paid the upgraded shipping to be “Guaranteed” it would arrive before Christmas. After having to message the company multiple times to receive a response they ran me through hoops and the item is stuck in customs due to the company apparently not being descriptive on what they are shipping. A complete let down, and with no resolution in sight, seems to be a scam.

Apparently, no one read my first review. The materials of the purse and wallet are below acceptable. The wallet is pure plastic. The purse is either plastic or vinyl. Cheap materials. I will not be ordering again.
