Needed this bag by a certain date and was assured I would have it---did not happen---and then I was told that if I did not receive it by a new certain date that I would get a full refund. That date came and went and no bag, no refund. And communication stopped.

There was a shipping hiccup with my original order, but Lisa made it right and resent the items. So, it took quite a long time to finally get my stuff, but once I got all the items, they were amazing quality and gorgeous. I was so happy :) Can't beat the prices either! Will definitely be ordering from them again, just know it might take a few weeks to get.
