This call came in as a scam call but…
This call came in as a scam call but for some reason I answered it in which I usually don’t answer scam calls. Trust me I’m glad that I did. I was in the process of undergoing a serious tax situation with the IRS who had hinted on several threats of this and that to me. The Gentleman I first spoke to name was Spencer if I recall, he listened to me and then set me up to speak with Johnny Herrera, who is also employed with Alleviate Tax, to be honest I forgot Johnny’s title but he was very compassionate genuinely listened to my problem and assured me I had the right company and team to help me. In let me tell you so far he has lived up to my expectations over and beyond, in fact everyone at the company has. The IRS was hounding me saying I owed them back taxes & penalties for 2022 & 2023. The process isn’t quick nor ez nor magic but this company and everyone I spoke to is beyond knowledgeable in this field and they have managed to get the so called $20K the IRS is saying I owe down to under $700.00. This has been a huge burden lifted off my shoulders and has truly placed my mind as well as my heart at great ease. Mr. Johnny Herrera is very passionate about what he does and if you get the honor of speaking with him you will agree and also witness his thoughtfulness over all care and true genuine traits he possesses. With that being said if you have any tax/irs issues Alleviate Tax is your go to. In I recommend trying to speak to Johnny, Spencer or Grace. Although im sure everyone at this company gives there all and then some! Its very pleasing and assuring to find a company as well as people either such high standards these days! I have even referred a few more friends & family members to them and they thank me all the time and has been truly pleased!
