i spoke with Demitrius Winters and told him my problem. he agreed to help me for $195.00. we spoke 3 more times and he explained what he was going to do, talk with IRS and social security about fraudulent tax charges. that was the last time I heard from him. i sent him text messages and left phone messages asking him to please call or text me back. He never responded. This was terrible service he could have left s message even if he didnt want to help. I paid $195.00 for his help which i never received. i would never recommend him Because of his bad service i would not recommend your company. At least he could have refunded my money since he did nothing. You should post bad reviews as well as good reviews for people to make a fair choice on who to work with, this was how my time with him. i received no help from him and he quit answering me completely

This company is a complete scam, I paid them 6,000usd for them to help me with my back taxes, they didn't do anything for 2 years, they would always ask me for additional documents every 6 months and i never saw any results, I demanded a refund and of course they came out with millions excuses trying to explain why they didn't do anything during 2 years, then offered me to reopen my case but i needed to pay an extra fee for them to get the case reopened. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

These jerks have been bothering me ALL DAY, first by texting me, then by calling me, then by emailing me. Are they going to start banging on my door? They say I "filled out a form" to get help from them. I never ever cpntacted them about anything. I've read they actually help people??? To me, they are nothing but scam artists looking to get a foot in my door.

I feel betrayed and deceived by Myles. I asked him a direct question about cost. Wait for it....Wait for it .... BAM!!!

I had a terrible experience with Alleviate Tax. They charged me over $6,000 for a service they never delivered. I called numerous times but never got a clear answer. They always said a supervisor would call me back, but that never happened. This company is a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them—if you don't want to waste your money, don't even bother contacting this company.

Stay away from this company!!! I fell for their sales pitch about how they will help negotiate my taxes. I paid $15,000 and two years later they finally worked on my case and my tax bill was exactly the same! I should’ve just paid the tax bill these people don’t help resolve anything. Also I was sent to about 10 different people through the two years to work with me. The new person never had the information I sent to the old person so I was constantly resubmitting tax documents that they already had. This company is a scam set up to promise you but they don’t. Also the entire time they wasted and dropped the ball I continued to accrue interest in penalties. I started with a tax bill of $83,000 two years ago, in all I will spend $100,000 once you factor in late fees and the huge amount I paid alleviate tax. Also when I talked to Alleviate about this they told me “sorry there are no guarantees”. Priscilla could not understand why I wasn’t happy with their services. Wow.

We were promised that alleviate tax could resolve our tax debt. Instead, you get weaseled into yet another debt to them and not doing any better with a resolution than just paying IRS myself. Calling them back takes forever. Don't use them. IRs will make payment arrangements.

Signed up paid initial consultation fee then paid first payment plan amount $2000...Then phoned every number they used and each call dropped every time..got scammed...had bad feeling..yet didn't go with my gut..Read the fine print before your there next sucker!!!!! ....
