It is 5 stars experience and the main reason for this 5 stars is working with the amazing Carol Lopez, I was in an enormous stress dealing with the taxes while getting my naturalization and citizenship in place. She did the magic and was more than just helpful to get me to compliance with her consistency, patience and close follow up. I am more than grateful to all the team and to Carol the most.

The first account manager I had did not do a good job but when Dameon Brunell took over working with me he was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and patient. It is because of him I feel much less anxiety about the whole process and I would recommend him highly.

I’ve been working with Gabriela Martinez at Alleviate Tax and she has been extremely helpful and supportive during this trying process. She’s helped me to try to stay calm and believe she will do everything in her ability for a positive outcome for me.

At present the online portal which is regulary improving so as to keep clients up to date on progress. Prompt responses to my calls and reassurances about progress. I have been enrolled for about 9 month and feel they have very good progress. I am looking forward to continued progress in reducing and eliminating my debt. Give it a try if in debt.
