Harvey gave a consultation about my tax situation without judgement. He was very professional and clearly explained their process. He made me feel at ease especially after having a very bad experience the last time I was looking for help with a different company. With Alleviate it’s been a the total opposite experience so far . It is my pleasure to write this review about my experience with Ayra K. of Alleviate Tax. This review was not forced, nor was I coerced into submitting it. Ayra was very kind and informative in detailing the different stages of the tax program offered by Alleviate Tax. He had excellent listening skills, was knowledgeable about the program and expressed a friendly disposition. When my emotions surfaced during the discussion of my present tax situation, he showed a sincere concern and offered words of encouragement. Over the weekend, I experienced some feeling of regret and anxieties in making the decision to enroll in the program and pursued to withdraw. However, after speaking with Ayra again, I had a change of heart and decided to follow through with finding out if my situation will be a fit for the program. I hope the program will be one that I’ll be able to pursue. I’m looking forward to the final decision. I can say my overall experience was one of a “good” experience. Christopher Maes was a complete gem to work with! He was so kind & sincere & you could tell he actually cared about what I had to say. He asked many questions about my story & made sure that I was heard, & he was just so genuine & a pleasure to talk to! Our call went well over the 45 minutes but I never felt rushed! He explained the entire process to me in detail & made sure I completely understood each step before moving on.
