After years of dealing with a “tax expert” not resolving anything and my IRS debt kept piling up. At wits end, I went to google. Alleviate popped up as #1. I immediately reached out. I spoke with Jack for a little. Still skeptical, I asked that he call me back at a later time. I went and read their reviews. Which also helped with my decision. I reached back out to Jack and so grateful that I did. Jack and I spoke for a while and he explained everything in detail about my case and the process going forward. Jack gave me a sense of relief I haven’t felt in years. What the “experts “ were telling me no to for over 5 years.. Jack said yes to in within minutes. Another reason I decided to go further. He made it easy to talk to. Professional, humble and very very patient. He didn’t mind going over details with me. I believe I made the right choice with Alleviate and if I wasn’t sure, Jack definitely sealed the deal. I can finally breathe knowing that I no longer have to carry this burden alone.

Service was good, Karina did a good job. What frustrated me, and this wasn't Karina's fault, was that the initial people I worked with made it seem like I had a case, but the reality was that I wasn't even close to having a case. However, I suppose they wanted my $5-6K anyway. Be real upfront. This is a five-star for Karina only; the overall process is 2-star
