Brian s. I am writing to share my positive experience regarding the assistance I recently received from one of your representatives. I truly appreciated their patience and professionalism throughout the process. The representative was extremely courteous and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a complex IRS issue much easier to understand. Their thoroughness and polite demeanor were instrumental in resolving my concerns, and I am very grateful for the high level of service provided. Thank you for the excellent support. You have a bright future ahead of you!!

We worked with Jeff Erickson and was very impressed with his patience and knowledge. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions without hesitation. We are looking forward to our review appointment to see where this can go to help us resolve our tax issues. Thank you Jeff.

My experience was great because Alleviate Tax dealt with the IRS for me. We were many years delinquent, and Alleviate Tax was able to negotiate an affordable settlement. I couldn't have asked for a better case manager than Ms Sol Crisostomo. She always got back to me promptly and also had the answers to my questions.

Emily has been very helpful and made me feel comfortable about the decision to sign on with. Im looking forward to GREAT RESULTS! Thank you!

I could not afford the upfront fee so they lowered it to a payment I could handle. Jason was understanding and thorough about all that is involved.

I spoke with Jeff Erickson this morning regarding a identity theft fraud claim with the IRS Mr Erickson was extremely patient with me and all the questions that I had he's extremely knowledgeable and transparent I would have to say the phone conversation was very pleasant and a great learning experience for me again he's an amazing representative for this company

Nicholas returned a call for my request much sooner than I expected to which I was very impressed! He not only was kind, considerate and understanding but he also has a caring attitude you don’t often find in today’s business world.
