First of all let me say when you're in this type of situation it causes so many issues. It affects your life each and every day. You try to live your life , maybe, pretending that it doesn't exist. You live in fear. You live in shame. It affects your health , your relationships, you are afraid to check your mailbox, fear at work . So I googled help. Alleviate was voted top in their field for 2026. I had a young man contact me named TREVOR LOFGREN, by text within minutes. We set up a call for the following morning . I was anxious.....I was scared.....no sleep . I was on pins and needles x 100. TREVOR was first of all kind. He was empathetic. He listened, but most importantly he heard me. This is not something you can just talk about openly. You're living with this terrible secret that weighs on you every day. I felt as if TREVOR held my hand although he was miles away from me.
