To be honest I feel lucky I picked a carpet color on line and it turned out to be the color I received. I was so happy because number one I didn’t want the hassle of returning it and number two I often have had an issue with ordering in line and the item or namely the color wasn’t at all what was pictured. I’m pleasantly surprised and happy w my new green rug Although it took a little longer to ship which were beyond their control and I had been warned about - the rug arrived in perfect condition. Allen Home had sent detailed instructions as to what to do with the carpet as soon as it arrived in case I did have any issues

Basically, the only reason y’all lost a star was due to it taking almost a month for me to get the rug, and I didn’t want to join the Shop app which you guys wanted us to use so but I did appreciate the customer service keeping me abreast of tracking this rug for the baby shower and I know there was a lot of of issues with the war going on… I have not opened it yet, but I’m hoping everything it is great!
