SCAM!!! I purchased a rug and was delivered a completely botched “8x10” rug. Each side of the rug is a different size (9, 8, 10.5, 11) which prevents it from ever laying flat. We followed every detailed strict delivery/receiving request only for them to not respond to my immediate concerns. I have sent multiple emails and they stopped responding. THIS IS A SCAM. BEWARE! Unfortunately, I now have to take this further and find a solution on my own.

I received a rug from them on June 4th. Upon opening, I immediately realized the image was a horribly poor representation of the actual rug I received! The rug I received appeared cheap, poorly made, wrong size, and had a stain on it. When I attempted to return on the same day I received it, I followed all of their instructions as given by their website and received only an email saying to please allow 24-48 hours for a response. I did not hear from anyone until July 27th when they read my initial Trust Pilot review. However, the customer service rep who reached out did say in that email he had sent me email on June 15th after I had sent a follow up email on June 14th but I somehow did not receive that email. I had lost all hope and just threw the rug away because I was tired of having the rug lay around my house. When I was able to talk with the customer service rep, he was very helpful and refunded my order entirely despite not having anything to return to them.
