Items were shipped in a reasonable time and delivered as scheduled.

Outstanding inventory as I was looking for a specific alarm back up battery and AllDataResource was the only resource to stock the battery! Amazing service, fast shipping and excellent pricing. Thanks you!

The speed in delivery and the availability of the product. I had been searching for a ceiling fan mount that would fit the floor joists and everything I could find was just too big. I had it ordered and it was delivered in less than a week. It allowed me to finish up my remaining house projects that much faster

Before I put an order for the product I checked its availability. I was told that it's in stock and could be shipped within 1-3 business days. 5 days passed without any update and I checked on the status of my order. I was told that the product is not available. Lost valuable time

Customer service was top-notch. An item came as described. The best prices and I will order again from them when I need.

I ordered a bracket that is primarily used to hang monitors from the ceiling because the slope of my porch roof was to steep for the ceiling fan mount. It works perfectly for that use. Shipping was amazing and it actually arrived a day before it was scheduled. I will never complain about getting something sooner than promised.

Great selection and accurate stock status/shipping estimates. Order procurement and shipping updates were all provided regularly. Definitely recommend!

Update: I got a response from the customer service and they said they don’t have the item in stock and it will be delivered with delay. The agent was responsive and supportive. I ordered a device online seven days ago and I received a confirmation email, but I haven’t received my order yet and there is no phone number under “Contact Us” in their WebSite or even in the confirmation email to be able to follow up and see why I haven’t received my order. As of now, I’m not sure if, it is a real online shop or not.
