They got the name on my review wrong it's Linda not Lonnie. I'm stuck with a smart door chime that I bought supposably for $49.00 but was charged $70.00, I tried to return it but I could never get in touch with them, I tried calling,texting and nothing. I guess they were waiting until the time was up for retuning the merchandise. When i ordered everything was good except for the price change so now I'm out of $70.00 and equipment that I can't use.

No response for order and shipment , no answer for phone and email I place order on 6/16/25, send email and call leave message , no call back or return email

I received a battery from 2020 thought I was getting a battery up todate.

Don't recommend buying from this site. I've been waiting for an intercom handset to ship for over two weeks. There is someone answering e-mails when I reach out, but the communication is poor. I have to press for updates and was promised a tracking number a week ago, but haven't received one yet. I ordered from another more reputable site and had the same item in three days. Jury's still out on whether I'll ever actually get what I ordered. I wouldn't order from this site again. Update - Something shipped yesterday and I was sent a tracking number.
