We have been buying from this company for years. Service is always prompt. Occasionally, we have some key fobs that do not work, and this company has always stood behind their product. The have replaced the defunct fobs without question.

They were upfront about shipping times, item arrived within a reasonable time. The cable crimping tool I ordered was brand new and well packaged.

Arrived fast

Smooth transaction, easy and efficient.

Everything shipped on time & complete.

The part I ordered was exactly the part I needed and this company was very timely and efficient on their processing and delivery

I have repeatedly requested an authorization to return the product since it’s not compatible with my alarm system. This request has been over a week. Nothing!!! I keep getting told by a service rep “Let me look into it”. They only give 30 days to return and feel like they are intentionally not sending the authorization to prevent from being able to return the product. I will never do business this company again.

Great price and quick shipping - would definitely use them again.
