While I do not have PCOS, Allara was still a good fit for my medical needs. Like so many of the other reviews, I had nagging health concerns that for YEARS I could not get a primary care doctor to take seriously and was always chalked up to, "being a mom," "being in grad school," "training for a marathon," "being too stressed," essentially it was all in my head. Allara listened to my concerns, ran necessary bloodwork, and even when everything came back "normal," they still used insight to identify results that, though normal, were not ideal. This has now resulted in getting the necessary referrals for a local endocrinologist and rheumatologist. I do not have a clear answer yet, but I feel closer than I have in years.

I started with Allara 4 years ago and I have had nothing but a positive experience with them. The concierge have been there to help answer questions, schedule appointments, and get me in touch with my provider. Both the doctor and NP I see have always taken the time to listen to my concerns, discuss treatment options, and worked tirelessly through some insurance issues to help get medication approved. My RD has been great at giving me so many tools to use to help work alongside the treatment plan of my doctors including food and supplements. Allara honestly goes way beyond the take some birth control and some metformin and come see us when you want to get pregnant which is what I have dealt with for most of the past 20 years since my initial diagnosis. I cannot say enough good things about how this company has helped me manage my PCOS.
