I do not recommend Allara for multiple reasons. The first was the way my initial consultation went with my provider. She started off the call with "what do you need?". I feel like as someone who is starting to try to figure out what is wrong with my hormones I was expecting her to 1) read my intake and 2) explain Allara's practice as a whole and generally what to expect. It felt like she was like "what do you want?" And was dismissive of what I was saying. She then proceeded to throw supplements and general numbers at me which did not feel like a personalized approach and was not expected from my part since no blood work had been done. Additionally, when trying to contact the help desk for help on switching providers to hopefully have a better experience (I hate that you are stuck with the first one you choose) and I have not gotten in contact with anyone.

They are no different, offering hormone therapy and pushing a nutritionalist. If the meds don't work, you need to schedule another appointment. Lackluster, bot-like attempt at care.

DO NOT USE ALLARA. I tried using Allara to get to the root cause of my acne but was presented with band aid solutions that I have been given in the past (go on birth control or use Accutane). If you are truly interested in getting to the root cause of your symptoms, do not use them.

The only way I’m getting a response is by writing a bad review here. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been trying to handle an insurance issue since January 6th. No one responds on the app and no one has responded to my emails. On January 15th I finally got a response after my review. I immediately sent a follow up and have not heard a word since. I need to get this resolved NOW!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 3:45 AT 3:40 I TRIED CHECKING IN THE VIRTUAL LINK DIDNT WORK, I ATTEMPTED NUMEROUS TIMES, MESSAGED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO NOT RESPOND RIGHT AWAY I COULDNT FIND A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CALL, BUT YET THEY CHARGED ME $100.00 FOR A NO SHOW I WAS THERE THEY WERE A NO SHOW! I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE THE NEXT DAY TELLING ME IF I RESCHEDULED WITHIN 24 HOURS I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED REPLIED BACK EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPENED WAS TOLD TO REACH OUT TO CONCIERGE I CALLED TWICE AND VOICEMAIL. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT HOW DO THEY EXPECT A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. NO THANK YOU THIS WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME.

First appointment was canceled the time it started. second appointment the virtual link didn't even work. I would not recommend this site.

They weren’t upfront about any costs and refused to answer emails after I had questions about my bill. They push the same things as everyone else, birth control. Tried charging $100 for a 30 minute zoom call after saying they took my insurance. I would not recommend them at all.

Do not, I repeat, do not sign up for Allara Health. They kept on charging to my credit card even though I canceled their services for months. I used a different credit card when I signed up and they managed to make a frivolous charge to my new credit card. I contacted their billing department and they did not reply to me. This company is a total fraud!
