I’ve been so impressed with the Allara Health app. I’m so happy that I found this app that specializes in Pcos because it is so under researched . Kate, my registered dietitian is outstanding and she listens to me and gets me. I was very impressed with my medical provider, but unfortunately she has left Allara and I need to start with a new medical provider. Hopefully, I will get the same care and understanding that I did with my first experience. I would highly recommend a Allara for people that are struggling with PCOS. I feel like my concerns and symptoms are finally being listened to and cared for.

My intake appointment was with Adrienn, and it could not have been any better of an experience. I felt heard and seen as a mother, as a woman dealing with PCOS, and life in general. I was able to tell my story with each question she asked, and she responded with information letting me know that she understood me. None of my doctors that I have had over the years has ever listened to me like she did (mind you, this was just a 30-minute video call). I'm very excited to get my labs done and meet for my follow up appointment to find out what my body is missing and what I should be doing for my body.

I was initially skeptical when I saw the ad for this service, because I didn't really understand how it worked, but this service is worth every single penny. The customer service representatives respond to you in under twenty four hours and are very helpful. After seeing an endocrinologist for a year for hypothyroidism, he seemed dismissive about everything and even though I had said about having PCOS, he never once bothered to check my hormones. I was struggling with weight loss and decided to try Allara. After my initial visit with Dr. Gibson, she ordered a blood test to evaluate my hormone levels, thyroid and other things, along with a sonogram of my uterus. She increased my thyroid medication and prescribed metformin after seeing how high my insulin levels were. I had been on Zepbound since May 2024 and had only lost 30 pounds, despite eating less. After being on Metformin for only one month, I have lost 10 pounds. The dietitians are very knowledgeable and you can reach out to them through the app at anytime. They accept insurance and it's the same copay as your regular doctor. I can not say enough good things about this wonderful service.
