Allara has been an exceptional experience. The convenience of the scheduling and meeting virtually is much easier and without interruptions, like in a typical office setting. Being assigned to Dr. Pham was a gift as she is the perfect physician for me and my health concerns/needs. I enjoy our visits and she takes the time to explain things in a way no one before ever has. I am excited by my improved health and long-term plan.

I was hesitant to try telehealth for the first time, but over the past year that I've been a patient with Allara, I've received such validating and mindful healthcare. Since becoming a patient, I'm learning that healthy diet and lifestyle are important parts of treatment in addition to medical intervention, and I'm feeling v supported by my healthcare team in making these changes.

I was recommended to Alarra care by my primary care provider. I love my primary care provider, but I felt like no one was getting to the bottom of my issues. I've had PCOS since I was 10. I've always felt like I've just had surface-level testing done, been told to lose weight or put on the pill--that's it. I finally feel like someone is getting to the bottom of my issues and listening to me. Everyone so far has been really nice, and I loved having my first appointment. Definitely recommend Alarra if you've been struggling.

My Allara provider listens to me, makes reasonable recommendations based on my lifestyle, and it's easy to get appointments. Very pleased.

This gives me access to doctors that would normally be hard to get into. On top of that, these doctors are understanding of and familiar with the issues that are affecting women, such as PCOS, that other doctors do not understand or care about. I feel heard and understood and it gives me hope maybe I can start to tackle my health issues and feel better.

My care provider was fantastic. She's absolutely brilliant, listens, and explains in great detail. After years of suffering and wondering, I finally received the diagnosis I thought I had. I feel vindicated. My care plan has a complete strategy, and I'm excited for next steps.

I am one of many women who have been gas lit and dismissed by their local medical community. Kourtney was very helpful. She didn't judge me for anything I told her and she gave helpful advice and talked about my goals. Her and I have the same view point about baby steps which is nice as well. Overall a great person.😊
