She truly listened to what I had going on and even reviewed all of my supplements with me, helping me save money by removing unnecessary ones. Everything — from ordering labs and tests to reviewing results — was done virtually and seamlessly within the app, which makes staying on top of my health so much easier. I especially love that I receive after-visit notes directly in the app, so I can go back and review information or download materials whenever I need them. The concierge model is another huge plus. The team is responsive, attentive, and makes the entire process feel personalized and supportive. I also appreciate how coordinated everything is — my doctor Abemwense, NP and my dietitian Alexandra, RD work together to make sure nothing is overlooked, including important hormonal tests that other providers missed in the past. Allara has truly become my go-to resource and support system for managing my health. I enjoy my provider and nutritionist at Allara, Candace and Claire, they are very knowledgeable and really make me feel heard. Candace gave me so much information regarding fertility and my habits, she added some supplements that I started taking to improve my sleep and I am already feeling much better after a few weeks. With Claire, she gave me SOOOO many meal ideas, that fit my busy schedule. I am so happy with their care.

So far I’ve seen an Ob/gyn and a dietitian. Both were kind and helpful, listened well, and seemed knowledgeable. They billed insurance which paid at my expected in-network rate and there have been no hidden costs. It’s easy to navigate their website to make appointments and send messages. Great service!
