Horrible, first they tell you they accept your insurance then they say no they don’t and you have to pay out of pocket. And they charge you an arm and a leg. And it’s the same thing as your regular crappie doctor. Nothing special. No true understanding or healing.

I signed up for a free consultation, decided not to do it, and then they charged me any way. I called to clear it up and request a refund and they refused. I ended up having to file a fraud dispute with my bank in order to get my money back. I don't know about their services, but if you decide not to go with them you will pay any way.

Didn’t get a message for the appointment searched all through my email they were unwilling to allow me to reschedule without additional payment and charged $100 fee for the missed appointment-absolute garbage customer service and I have used online doctors for other issues but the unwillingness to come to an agreeable solution by their “concierge” staff is absurd-I understand the doctor needs to be compensated for their time but $100 is excessive… coming from someone who works in healthcare

I am NOT happy with this service. The doctor decided SHE was going to investigate if the medication I was taking was correct or not and this was recently done by another doctor. The medication was for something unrelated to why I booked an appointment. If I had known I had to pay $100 for her stupidity I would never have used them.

Awful and a completely waste of time. After having my initial appointment I was supposed to get an ultrasound order. The nurse practitioner then proceeded to wait a month and a half to write it for me. I tried contacting her and Alara multiple times. No one ever got back to me whatsoever. I feel like it’s a complete scam.

NOT happy at all. I booked to gain assistance with menopause (as a 54 year old woman) and I have excellent insurance (well, excellent for the U.S. in these times). They submitted it as "fertility issues" and so it was denied and they charged $1000s for what was maybe a 15 minute appointment. The physician made me repeat all the intake I had already completed and which I didn't have handy since I had already entered it which totally flustered me and took the entire "visit". I then get told that even though my insurance didn't cover this OR the nutritionist (who got me to book 4 more sessions) I'd get a discount for just $200. Seriously? For YOUR mistake? So I figure fine, I'll just pay this. The invoice states "download invoice for details". So I do in order to submit for HSA reimbursement. However, downloading provides ZERO details other than DOWNLOAD INVOICE FOR DETAILS! Total scam. Ripoff. Avoid.

This company is a total scam. short, terrible meeting with doctor. then 'prescribed' medication with no followup or provision of further approval from the company for prescription to be approved. then, i was promised this would be covered and only a small copay... which is $40 but this time was $150 for some reason? And when I try to message them about this (and further complaints) they have literally made it impossible (through broken links and misleading messaging) to contact them. I am looking into a class action lawsuit against them for customer fraud and false advertising. Update to review: I did "reach out" to the below email and they proceeded to take me on a very long back and forth which proved to be totally worthless. This company is so bogus and they are only out to get your money and don't care at all in actually helping women. Heads up, don't trust em!

My experience with Allara was incredibly frustrating and ended up costing me a nearly $6,000 LabCorp bill. You can’t speak to anyone in the office, you are limited to the messaging system where they don’t really answer your questions and transfer you to a different rep every time. You get canned responses and no help. Requests to call me were ignored. Voicemails were ignored. Record requests were ignored. I have good insurance— this never should have happened. For one, I had no idea the provider was ordering so many tests. They took probably 10 vials of blood. My insurance denied it due to the way it was coded and I could get no help resubmitting it. I tried for months. STAY AWAY. Go somewhere you can actually talk to the office that wants to help you. This was an incredibly expensive mistake.
