Getting paired with a dietician and a doctor who see you regularly is always a plus and the providers I’ve met through Allara have been so kind and supportive with everything that I’m going through. They don’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about anything. 10/10 experience always.

My NP is well-versed in hormones, PCOS, and Perimenopause issues. When I was first diagnosed in 2011, my doctor said, "Just lose weight and everything will be ok." Not knowing that with metabolic PCOS, it is virtually impossible to lose weight. After my first appointment, I feel heard and hopeful to manage all of the PCOS-related issues I have (I have had a few appointments now). Getting a full bloodwork panel done to look at everything together helped my NP to understand what is happening in relation to each other. I am on a plan that feels right for me, and I am actually looking forward to the future. I cannot thank Allara and Maribelle enough!
