I had my initial appointment with my provider as well and my first nutrition coach appointment and I’m finally feeling like I have a way forward that makes sense. I love Allara. Its great for women that are busy on the go and dont have time to go to an appointment. You can do in the comfort of your own home. I explained my symptoms and concerns and they heard me out and get extensive lab work to find out how my hormones are affected. Also the nutritionist was very help. She was very thorough when explain to me the way we women should feed our bodies to help with hormones and health.
