Very convenient if you don't need any kind of exam.

I saw Dr Leiva, with Allara, this year and have been extremely thankful for her. While other Drs dismissed me and my concerns, she listened and ordered the appropriate testing. This lead to a diagnosis, treatment, and surgery. Already feeling better and happy to have a provider that listened.

I had an excellent first appointment with Ashley. From the very beginning, the experience felt thoughtful and human. She joined the visit early (I had logged on a few minutes ahead of time, and there was no waiting at all), spent more than the allotted 30 minutes with me, listened carefully, and asked genuinely relevant questions. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or steered toward a one-size-fits-all solution. We talked through concerns including post-menopause symptoms, long-standing thyroid medication use, fragmented sleep, fatigue, brain fog, weight loss resistance, headaches, and dry eye that may be hormonally related. She was reassuring, knowledgeable, and clear that there are ways to help and a path forward, which immediately made me feel more optimistic about the future. This was convenient, supportive, and validating care… exactly what I was hoping for. I have my first appointment with a registered dietician scheduled for tomorrow. Even if my insurance did not cover this service, it would be 100% worth the cost for the convenience and level of care and concern. I appreciate the integrative approach which saves time going from provider to provider to find answers - especially for a working woman like myself who has no time for doctors appointments during the week. I’m very glad I chose this route and highly recommend Allara & Ashley to anyone looking for a thoughtful, integrated approach to women’s health.

These ladies are GREAT! Finally..... someone who REALLY listens...

I was super skeptical because I’ve seen a lot of providers for my vague symptoms of generally feeling unwell with an inability to lose weight and never got answers. After just one visit, all the labs I was curious about were drawn and by the next visit I had a clear picture of what was happening with me with a plan of care. Dr. Suveyd listened to all my concerns and is extremely knowledgeable. Most functional medicine practices don’t take insurance, and the fact that they do is awesome.

The whole team has been amazing. My nutritionist, Brahmlin Bannasch, is great. She listens to me and helps keep me informed! I have anxiety and can sometimes get a little nervous; but she is patient and helpful. My practitioner, Elizabeth Ene, was also very helpful, informing, patient; I felt like she listened to me. She ordered labs and I will see her soon for a follow-up. I'm truly happy I discovered Allara Health and look forward to working on my health regardless of what's the cause. Ty~

Shannon truly listens to my input and questions and gives very thoughtful and effective information! I really appreciate her upbeat, yet professional personality, as well as her health and medical guidance! She makes me feel comfortable to share what I’m dealing with and offers a variety of methods to take care of things. I really am enjoying having her manage my needs!
