I never knew I needed help until I reached out for it. I was tired of not feeling myself and I knew my hormones were off but every doctor I went to tried prescribing medicine for anxiety versus trying to look at my diet and if my hormones were off. I'm happy I followed my gut. Between my nurse practitioner and dietician I hope I'm on the road to experiencing a better quality of life.
