A strategy to truly understand what's going on with your body - that's the Allara Health difference. They setup your labs and your nutrition based on what you tell them (so make sure to tell them everything!) and it's just a breath of fresh air to finally feel heard vs just going to another regular appointment and telling me I "just" need to lose the weight and go on the pill. After so many years of not seeing any difference despite my efforts in eating "well" and working out, I finally got some relief and now seeing changes!
