Katie was amazing ! I really felt like I was a person and my lifestyle, preferences and overall health were a priority for her and were taken into consideration in our initial session. Definitely in rebooking and I’m very excited. The information in handouts I was given and meal prep ideas are amazing. Katie is thoughtful, kind and considerate.

I felt heard and understood. I wasn’t judged by my weight (other places always contribute my weight to everything wrong) I’m more than just my size and weight and I actually felt NORMAL for once in my life. I highly recommend to any girlies needing help, you will be listened too <3

Great call today with my registered dietitian. She was attentive and very personable. She listened and offered very do-able solutions. She didn't overwhelm me with a bunch of things to try, but instead offered small steps I can take to improve my eating habits.

First of all, I was able to have my appointment while my baby was asleep. I didn’t have to leave my home and I expressed my concerns without getting a weird look or feeling judged. I was validated and assured. Something that typically doesn’t happen in traditional medicine. 2nd, I unfortunately lost insurance coverage. That wasn’t an issue at all and the fees are doable for me right now. Which is a relief!!

My provider took into consideration my cultural background and connected me with someone who has a similar background and would be better able to assist me because we cook similar dishes/meals.
