Not too sure if this company is legit or not based on reviews. Some people receive their items and some don’t. I have been waiting 6 weeks for 3 sweaters that I purchased. I have emailed numerous times and have been told they are “on the way to my place” and “shipping times vary”. I hope I am pleasantly surprised in a few weeks when they arrive but I’ve lost faith in this company and would never recommend. Spending over $100 here and the customer service is extremely shady.

Items were as expected - quality good, great price

This company has terrible customer service. It took over a month to receive the sweater after they said the order was sent. The fit was awful so I wrote to ask how to return it as no instructions were included. They said they would credit me $6 to keep the item. I'm going to dispute this with my credit card company. I've tried, they haven't lived up to their end.

Product is nice, given the affordable price. Shipping took a long time but it did travel a long way. Customer service was responsive. It was a bit weird as a customer to have so many different company names involved in the shopping process -- different name on instagram, different names for parent company, etc.

I ordered 2 sweaters and the quality was very good. They run a bit big so a small was perfect. They are exactly as pictured. My only complaint was the amount of time to get my product. I received a shipping notification stating my order has shipped, but then it took 3 additional weeks for the label to be created and for actual shipping to occur which made me feel like I had ordered from a site that was not legit. In the end, I received my items and they were good. If I had received an email initially explaining this, I would have had no issues.

I love these sweaters. They are very soft and comfortable. I thought they would both be a little longer according the the pics online but I still like them. They are roomy without being too big in the arms and neck. Overall very pleased!

I made a $120 purchase, couldn't be more disappointed! Took several weeks, arrived and the quality is poor, sizing not even close and color of a couple items very different from website. After numerous attempts did get customer service who finally agreed to give me $37 credit! NEVER AGAIN!
