It took awhile to receive my order but it has arrived in fine shape. It is as pictured. The sweater is a little thin but I will see how it holds up.

Love everything! Took a little while to get the shipment but am totally happy with all (8) sweaters purchased. Fabrics are so soft, styles are as described/represented, and sizing feels right.

I placed an order in early December 2022, which shipped on December 15. When I contacted Aljok’s customer service email because I didn’t receive my order 5 weeks later (and the USPS tracking only said “label created, package not received”), they told me to “be patient.” I asked for a refund, I’ve asked for my order to be re-sent since my previous one seemed to be lost, and they just told me to keep waiting for my order. Then they said if I didn’t want the order, I could not accept it when it arrives - that’s not the problem at all! I wanted the order, but could not get a good response about how they deal with packages lost in transit. This company is not trustworthy and their customer service is terrible. Throughout this exchange, all I got were one-sentence email responses from the customer service people, two days after I sent an email - it’s like there aren’t even real people answering their supposedly 24/7 customer service email. Don’t waste your money. Buy from a trustworthy company, not Aljok.

No way to return items. Items are not high quality and are very different colors that what appear online. Not satisfied with customer service offering me a $12 refund for almost $100 purchase!

I ordered 3 sweaters from this website because I thought they looked cute. I placed the order on December 13th and received a email stating the order was shipped. When I click on the link it just states that a USPS label was created but there is no other updates. It has been over 6 weeks and I reached out to the email that is listed on their website for customer service to inquire about my order and have not received any response. Two emails sent and nothing…don’t order from here! IT IS A SCAM!!!!! Definite a Chinese website, NOT a US company!

I was pleasantly surprised with my order. Everything fit well, a few may have been on the small side. Not thie highest quality, but a good buy for the $$.
