As with many other reviewers, it took weeks to receive the order. I found the items to be poor quality. The fiber content of the items is not listed (there's no tag on the item to indicate what they are made of), and it isn't available on the website. Two of the items are itchy, and one is not. I decided to keep one, which I now regret because it is pilling. I have endeavored to return the other two for weeks now, and keep getting small and slightly increasing offers of compensation to keep them. I cannot wear them, the return policy states within 30 days, so I just want a refund. In the last communication from them I was 'advised' I have to pay return shipping. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Last communication: "Sorry, US$34 is our best offer as compensation, could you accept it? Our return address is in Dubai, it’s not worth to return for you."

This company is a total sham. Do not buy from them. I ordered 4 sweaters from them. The images they displayed were so cute, and I got excited and foolishly ordered several items, spending close to $200. It took 7 weeks to arrive! None of the items are the actual pictured items. They are very cheap, poorly fitting, poor quality knockoffs of the pictured items. I immediately asked to return them for a refund, only to find out they only give refunds if there is a "quality issue" from their perspective. They first offered me $30 and said to keep the items. I declined and asked for a refund. They offered me $60 and I declined. Finally, they offered me $80 and said that is the best they can do. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. But, it is hard to dispute and prove they are falsely representing their products, because when I looked back at the site, I see they do not disclose the type of fabric (cotton, wool, polyblend) in the description online. There is also no information on the tag inside the clothing. They are NOT selling the items pictured. Buyers BEWARE! Don't be fooled. They are phony!

There was a mix up when I first ordered my two shirts. To fix that Aljok said that I would get a 15 % off discount. When I went to buy the shirts there was no where to enter the discount code. I contacted Aljok explaining what had happened and they said I could not get the discount. What ?? Later the same day they offered 15 % off for a promotion. ( I had bought the two shirts earlier that day) When I contacted the company to tell them what had happened they still denied me the 15% discount. It seemed like a foolish decision to me because I really like the sweaters I bought and I would of bought more things. However after my experience I won't be buying from Aljok again. I gave them a rating of a 2 only because I liked my sweaters. Otherwise I would of given Aljok a one for their poor follow through and customer service.

Ordered 4 sweaters. Material was soft and color/ design was as pictured. Shipping took a while but the communication was excellent.

Love the style, quality, and price of the clothes. My only wish is that it didn't take as long to get my orders.

I really like the shirt.....have been looking at it for a good while...finally made the purchase. I do need to return the dress.....its too big and looks like a nightgown on me! I am certain that would not be the case for all!

I was a little worried, because I had a bad experience with something I ordered that I had seen on Facebook before, but the sweaters are absolutely beautiful! They fit perfectly, the fabric is wonderful and I couldn’t be happier! The shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, but they were well worth waiting for
