Arrived 6 weeks late. I cancelled payment. I do like sweater so you need to please send a bill hopefully w discount for Kate arrival

After waiting 3 weeks for my items to arrive, one of my items arrived defective & looked very different from the picture online - almost to the point I thought they sent the wrong item. I requested a refund & was offered $7 (item cost me $40) if I would keep it. I declined & again requested the refund. They then offered $13 & told me it was too expensive to ship back, but I could at my own expense if I wanted to. I accepted the $13 refund due to not wanting to play the game anymore. Their “satisfaction guaranteed” & “easy returns” policy is a joke. They are obviously not located in the USA as they state on their website (Indiana to be specific), because if they were, it would not have taken 3 weeks to arrive or be “too expensive “ to return. The broken English in the correspondence is also a dead giveaway. Thankfully I am happy with the 2 other items in my order but find it weird that none of them have any tags indicating size or type of fabric/washing instructions. I will not be buying from this company again!

There was a mix up when I first ordered my two shirts. To fix that Aljok said that I would get a 15 % off discount. When I went to buy the shirts there was no where to enter the discount code. I contacted Aljok explaining what had happened and they said I could not get the discount. What ?? Later the same day they offered 15 % off for a promotion. ( I had bought the two shirts earlier that day) When I contacted the company to tell them what had happened they still denied me the 15% discount. It seemed like a foolish decision to me because I really like the sweaters I bought and I would of bought more things. However after my experience I won't be buying from Aljok again. I gave them a rating of a 2 only because I liked my sweaters. Otherwise I would of given Aljok a one for their poor follow through and customer service.

The item took forever to get here. I ordered well before Christmas and received it well after Christmas.
