I never got my order and emailed the company multiple times and they refused to refund me or resend the order. Then i finally realized i could just file a claim w/ my credit card company to get my money back, so i did and got my money back right away. Worst customer service experience i've had in a very long time. Don't order anything from this company!

This company changes its name? It one company with many names. They are dishonest like no other company I have ever purchased clothing from. Most time they say clothing made in N Carolina . Their price range is generally 39.00. Clothing looks great but most of the time is cheap looking. If you get something well made you are lucky. There is no way to return anything, they offer you a small fraction of the cost back but I’ve never seen any money returned. I wanted to exchange a size they said I would have to pay postage. I would have to send them the money to their PayPal account by sending a copy of my check to them. I did, and never received my merchandise. I wish Facebook would stop them from posting. Remember they use different company names.

I ordered two sweaters. They are not as advertised. They are not made in America as stated, packaging says China. The fabric content is not as advertised, there are no labels, and colors are not as pictured. They are super small and skimpy fabric. They stink. IF you can get customer service to respond, they tell you there are no returns, you can only exchange for different size of same item. This is not clear on the Site’s Customer Service page. I filed a complaint on PayPal and ‘Sara’, supposedly the manager, responded they’d refund me $15 (I spent $85). Then she said $30. We are now at $50. Why this negotiation is going on I do not know. She says I can keep the items. I do not want them. She says I’ll have to pay for the return…must be back to China at this cost. Note that this negotiation is taking DAYS. Also note that this ‘store’ is duplicated across multiple websites with a different name. Also note they don’t charge sales tax. I recommend filing a complaint on PayPal if you too are unhappy with this seller, it seems to have gotten their attention.

Ordered 3 months ago. Have not received my 2sweaters I ordered.

I ordered two items two months ago. Said coming from South Carolina but email indicates coming from California. Have no idea where items are but unlikely to order again

The material and fit are better quality than expected for the price.

I love my sweaters but when they arrived, USPS contact me to say that the postage label was a duplicate and that I had to pay the $12.90 in postage.

2/3 fit great, just as I'd hoped. The other order was my own fault.
