I bought one bottle ….as yet they have not given a tracking number but state the purchase has been shipped…. Extremely bad company … when I asked to cancel they said (surprise surprise ) it had already been shipped! They apply extra charges that you can’t decline such as a warranty, shipping costs etc and try to sell you numerous other products which are very difficult to decline … item should have been a £50 total but I was charged a lot more. It’s definitely a scam!!

Son estafadores. Cuando comprás una botella, automaticamente aparece la alternativa para comprar dos mas y para salir del sistema debes comprarlas. Luego no la entregan nunca y no te devuelven lo pagado. SON ESTAFADORES

I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a Waterbottle O2, which broke after a couple of weeks . It just burst. Very dangerous. First, they ask for proof pictures. Now they say they can't refund or send a new one because I did not return it, or complain in the first 30 days . It was not broken in the first 30 days. For such an expensive item you may expect to use it for years. Don't spend your money here. This smells like dropshipping!!

The website is devious in there online ordering The promotional page after your order is made is designed to make you spend additional monies on more bottles that you don't need, there is no "Decline" option on the page and and no back button or reverse arrow to not partake you have to go forward and when you do extra bottles and charges are automatically applied without consent, also when I tried within 20 minutes of this disaster to cancel the additional order of bottles I was told they couldn't refund because it was already shipped from the warehouse, Really ? There own site states they try to ship within 24 hours but because of demand it would be more than that atm Well I must be just so lucky huh, mine got shipped in 20 minutes ... oops sorry about that nothing we can do ...Ha Ha !! Absolutely Criminal I will say customer phone support in the Philippines at least answered the call but not until my 3rd representative did I get the refund I was requesting, so disappointed with the shady method of purchase I cancelled the whole order, These people need to get their website figured out and stop these purchases designed to happen without your consent, Great product very very bad company policies and online sales craft

Bottle arrived with the box all broken and crushed. Seems to work OK no benefits yet. Cist a fortune ,these are on Amazon for💲39.99

Poor quality product. Company is making it impossible to return.
