Tricky information on the website
Tricky information on the website. I was looking for "wall mounted toilet support" on the website and it came a image with a toilet with a leg as a "support", but it includes with the description "wall mounted toilet soport" three different items that I didn't notice, I make my ordered for $28.67, but I got delivered a metal washer, wich was the first option item on the three items for the description "wall mounted toilet support". I called and of course they said it was my mistake because I didn't choose the right item from the three items with "wall mounted toilet support description".I ended up paying for the return and for the first delivery changes that alimed company paid. I got in reimbursement $16.

Customer Service Needs Improvement
In today’s modern technology, Alimed does not have the ability to inform their customers that the requested item is on back order. The email and website stated the item would ship in 10 days. Buyer beware, if you need your medical item yesterday, you may be waiting weeks for your purchase. I have called several times to determine the date of my item and each time I received a different date. On March 5th, the representative said if the request states 10 days shipment, it is a back order item. Like dah, I should know that. On February 22nd, I ordered the Knee Crank and received it on March 12th. Also, I was told it would sent express but, it was sent standard ground. The Knee Crank is working as designed but the customer needs improvement.

Do you honestly want my opinion
Do you honestly want my opinion? I've returned one item three times only to get it back three times. I'm still waiting for my refund. I'm still waiting for chair refund of $291 dollars. Your company is the worst I've ever dealt with.

The delivery was on time
The delivery was on time, but, honestly, the product is way overpriced. I don't think I'll be buying it again.

I am pleased with the wraps
I am pleased with the wraps. However, the second wrap which I ordered which is the same model as the first is wider and a bit different. It feels better this way. I was wondering why the first was as narrow?
