Dropped foot brace
The brace works Very well. I have had it for 3 months. The first one lasted 3 months and developed a crack. The second one 3 weeks and broke above the ankle and has a crack in the foot plate. I question the durability and the quality

2 Customer Service Reps failed to …
2 Customer Service Reps failed to respond to me after promising to call back. Brace pricing is extremely high. After being told I would receive a pricing review 1 month ago, still have not heard back. Have had 1 order in last year not delivered to office. Asked for sales rep, and have not been assigned one. Terrible service altogether. I hope this review prompts someone to respond.

Alimed is generally a good company and ships quality products. We have frequent issues with delivery quantities and mis-shipped product that is difficult to resolve as Alimed never claims responsibility.
