Not pleased with the website, very misleading. I'm not familiar with medical products and their names so when I see a picture that looks like what I want, I assume that is what I need to buy. I received a totally different product than the picture, it is very confusing. Why not just match your products with your pictures? So now I have to wait for a return approval and probably pay return shipping when shipping the first time was very slow and expensive for something that weighed less than a pound. Time lost, money lost and my daughter still doesn't have what she needs. Very disappointed.

AliMed charges premium fees for shipping and the products take a very long time to arrive. This has happened to me on two separate occasions. With so many online retailers, I'll be using an alternate moving forward.

I love being able to call in and order from Robin. She is always there to help me with my orders and problem solve some orders, whether the item has been discontinued or on back order. She makes me feel like I am speaking with a friend instead of employee.
