No Splint Here
I ordered the #510346 Custom Thumb Splint, and it is not only much smaller then it appears, it in NO way inhibits the movement of a thumb.

Disappointed
It's been 14 days since I placed an order. Not only have I not received it, I have heard nothing about it from AliMed. I emailed them for status but no one replied to my email. Very poor Customer Service.

I live in Montreal ,Canada. You had accepted my order for the visco spot heel cushion , and you had processed the payment and it went through. And suddenly I understood that you can not deliver this order to Montreal. I’m wondering why did you accepte the order in the first place and why I did not receive the credit for the payment till now. Can you please explain this to me .
