The picture for hand cuff for walker very deceptive, we thought was plastic and ended up just sheepskin like wool and a strap, we had to open to see what it looked like and tried to return it and was refused because of it being opened and it being a medical item.. Need to have better description of items. $32.00 wasted 10.00 which was shipping

Product I ordered did not fit. Was not able to exchange/ return the item. Ordered a larger size...too big. Stuck with items and not able to find correct fitting helmet for my son. Will be donating to local hospital.
