I ordered a wrist brace
I ordered a wrist brace, received it and took it out of the box. I tried it on and found it didn't immobilize the way I needed it to. I put it right back in the box and called to get a return authorization. I was told I couldn't return it since I had opened the box. How else am we supposed these know if it works? I paid $82 for a piece of terry cloth wrapped around a piece of pipe insulation. You're business should be ashamed. I will not do business with you again.

I purchased 2 knee braces 2 weeks ago
I purchased 2 knee braces 2 weeks ago. I called to return them since I ordered the wrong size, I spoke to Amanda twice now with no RMA response Your return department is dragging their feet. I am calling the BBB and expressing my disappointment, Its been 2 weeks with no communication from Alimed. All I want is to buy the correct size.
