The customer service has been great and the pricing is very competitive, but with that the process is a lot slower as it took a little over 4 months to receive my aligners. My first set of impressions didn’t work out and I also had to wait for them to send me different size trays in order to redo the impressions. However they did give me an additional set of retainers for free to compensate for the timing. Overall they have been a good service for the price, but keep in mind the process can be pretty lengthy and requires a lot of patience.

Great customer service and the Aligners are great (I’ve had Invisalign before) Only request might be that when they’re shipped the return address is AlignersCo and not a random name. I was really confused by that and a little concerned given the state of the world right now!

Alignerco has been amazing so far. Everything has arrived promptly and the customer service has been on point. I can’t wait to see the final result. Worth every penny :)

I'm only a few weeks into my treatment but I have loved my aligners so far. They fit perfectly, and I've been impressed with the movement in my teeth. Customer service is always helpful and answers my questions in less than 24 hours. I have nothing but good things to say. Can't wait to finish my treatment.

Their service is great and usually responds within 24 hours and the aligners feel sturdy and are so clear you can hardly tell when I have them on!
