Overall I would not recommend this company for aligners. Everything started out pretty wonderful in the beginning, but as time went on the experience worsened. I had to email and remind them twice to make and mail the next few steps of aligners I needed to continue treatment. Also, it seemed like the person emailing me knew nothing about my treatment. She gave me the wrong directions a few times (directions for all day aligners instead of night only aligners) and the incorrect step of aligners I was currently using and didn’t seem to know which retainer I was being sent. Nearing the end of treatment for my top teeth, I began noticing that my teeth were not going to look as projected and what I signed off on. Alignerco was uninterested in even addressing the issue at the time. I am now on my last set of aligners for my top teeth and sadly, they are not straight and do not look like the image I signed off on. My teeth were only mildly crowded to begin with so I don’t think it was an impossible task to get them straight. I am going to be reaching out to the company again with the dissatisfaction of my top teeth and hopefully I will be able to come back and change my review. As for now though, I don’t recommend using this company.

Customer service is amazing. Prompt and extremely helpful! However, when they can’t do what they promise, they keep as much of your money as they can.

I'm in the middle of treatment - 20 months. I'm in month 4 and guess what, no trays... no aligners. You are suppose to swap them out every 10 days and I haven't gotten a new shipment in 8 weeks (received some trays 4 weeks ago, now I'm out of aligners now for 2 weeks). I called and asked why my aligners haven't arrived and the agent begins discussing my payment plan. Please keep in mind that by the time you send impressions, get fitted and get your first set of aligners... you've already 4-5 months in... meaning you've already made 5 payments. I'm on month 4 of treatment - 5+4 = 9 payments made, 2 payments left. Alignerco stopped sending my trays because I need to make the last 2 payments. This company is a joke. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, YOU'LL REGRET IT!! The funny thing is... I only signed up for the payment plan because I didn't trust the company, I didn't know what to expect. TO ALIGNERCO. -- don't offer a payment plan if you can't handle servicing the product over an extended period of time. you can't just stop sending me trays because i'm on payment plan. IF I'M MAKING MY PAYMENTS AS AGREED UPON THEN YOU NEED TO PROVIDE THE PRODUCT AS AGREED UPON. bad customer service bad business. Tomorrow I'm going to call and make the last 2 payments in hopes that I can finally get the aligners I'm owed. And if my payment plan was a problem, why offer it - why didn't you at the least send 50% of the trays.... I've paid 9 out of the 11 months. Hopefully I can get the respect I deserve as a customer and actually get the product... aligners 12-80.

I had some concerns because the process seemed to be taking so long. But after contacting the chat on the website (I tried contact through email and phone...to no avail) Alice was able to walk me through the timeframe and where we stand in the process. Alignerco takes a long time, but hoping in the end we will prevail! I'll keep you all updated.
