My experience with Alignerco has been outstanding! They have done everything they said they would do. I have completed all steps and am very happy with the results! One thing I will add is that they only guarantee 80-90% of the smile projection (the final results). So at the end if your results are not quite the way your smile projection said it would be, you have the option to do refinement which is $200. At least that's what it was for me. Not sure if that price varies. I decided to do the refinement because one tooth was not quite pushed forward enough.

March 19th, 01:17 I just placed my order ($1,354 CAD including retainers). Ele was my customer service person and was very reassuring. I'm 18 and have always had crooked teeth since I was little, and I can't afford to have braces ($8,000 CAD no insurance). I'm super excited for them to come in so I can post my progress!

Alice has been a tremendous help. She is very courteous and attentive. She answered all my questions with ease and was very polite.

I was sent an impression kit, and it was so easy to use! The customer service is instantaneous with the chat option online. My treatment plan 3D preview sold me, I can't wait to get started!

Total nightmare. Purchased full service on Jan 26. Impression kit was first lost in mail, they asked me to pay for another one. I then requested refund and termination of service. No one reached out until I filed a PayPal dispute. Took them till the end of case open date to offer me a refund of $785? I paid $845 for the service. Anyway the case is reopened 2x. I still have not received my refund until today. Other good reviews are not reliable. If you haven't run into any problems, it might work out. But if there's any problems, you will not received customer support, and if you did after waiting for at least 5 days, it will most likely be unresolved.

I had a great first experience with this company. I had concerns and they have relieved them. I am just starting the process so I will be back.
