*Edited to add after much back and forth, I have been approved for a refund. However, this does not negate my negative experience with the company* This company and their customer service are the absolute worst. Save your time and money. It has been over 3 months and I have nothing to show except emails of them pretty much calling me a liar and constantly saying "they will check with their experts". Such bs. I have received zero aligners, shouldn't that mean I get a refund? What am I even paying for except an email pen pal named Ele full of false promises. 0/10 would recommend.

I haven’t been able to use it yet because I should have told them I have a very small mouth! They sent Medium molds which didn’t fit! I contacted Alinerco & are sending small molds! Customer service is great!

Alignerco is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I need a replacement retainer. I ordered one 3 months ago, telling them that I had broken my retainer and it was unwearable. One of the many Ele's said it would be expedited and I would have it in 2 weeks. Right! It's been 3 months. They delayed because they knew if my teeth shifted enough I would need to go back to the series of aligners, which means another purchase. Sorry, crazy glue to the rescue. They do not respond, do not process orders in a reasonable time, and do not know what is going on (too many Ele's). You have to be more aware when using a knock-off third-rate company. I should have paid a little more for better customer service. Buyer Beware!

My experience so far has been good. I had trouble making the impressions due to Tori (extra bone growth in gums). I had a zoom call with Mr. Singh with ALIGNERCO and he helped with my impressions. Over the video call he told me they are good now. ALIGNERCO sells the same kind of Aligners for a fraction of the cost. Quality is not sacficed though as your care is still followed by a licensed Dentist and a team of smile professionals. I like the fact the their Aligners are cut more comfortably around the gum line. Customer service has been great so far. On a scale from 1 to 10 they are a 10 so far.
