I was told that my practice impression was not acceptable and they were going to have someone work with me directly. Next thing I know, I got a $25 charge for more material. I have plenty of material. This Charge was not acceptable

Highly recommend! Very pleased with the results. I had braces several years back but my teeth shifted badly and I didn't want to go through that whole process again. I decided to try Alignerco which was a fraction of the cost of my braces and am very happy I did. I only wish I would have gone this route in the first place.

I am currently more than half way done with my treatment and it has been going well. The reason I do not give this 5 stars is because of how long it took to get the treatment started. The ordering process and website is very rudimentary and there is a lot of waiting for email responses. Once ordered shipping took quite a bit, then the impressions return to actually receiving my aligners took over a month. That being said, the price is worth it compared to all other options out there, you simply can’t get aligners for this price anywhere else.

I have finished my treatment with Alignerco and the outcome is not what I approved before starting treatment. My bottom teeth have straightened out but I now have a gap between my 2 middle teeth. The preview video of the "before and after" that I approved before treatment showed no gap between my 2 middle teeth. I contacted them and they asked me to pay $200 more dollars for "refinement". I emailed them back and told them I've already paid over $800 and can't afford to pay anymore. To make matters worse, I went in for a cleaning last week and my dentist informs me that now my upper teeth are not lining up with my bottom teeth correctly and this may lead to bite/jaw issues. He said that I should contact Alignerco about getting this corrected. I emailed them about it and I haven't heard back. I would like to add that I followed my plan perfectly, wearing my aligners the appropriate length of time (both days and hours) and sent in photos along the way, always getting a quick response that "the treatment is progressing fine, go on to the next step". I was in contact with my representative every 10 days, sending photos of my teeth and getting the "OK" to proceed with treatment every time. After spending over $800, I have a gap in my lower teeth and my teeth are not lining up. Someone contacted me and is looking into it- I will update this review when I hear back about a resolution.

Overall I had a positive experience. The before and after of my smile was what I was expecting and I'm happy with the results. The only negative would be what many others have said - communication. It can take a few days to get a response and most of the time it feels like you're just communicating with an AI bot. Otherwise, I would recommend them as a budget-friendly option.

Okay so like I was a little wary of giving it 5 stars because I haven't had any actual treatment yet, but, I got my impression kit and when the trays didn't fit because they were too big and I have a small mouth, Ele offered to give me extra putty for an additional $10 as well as additional trays for free, and she said when I get them I could let them know so they can set up a video session on how to make the best impressions, leaving me to think that this company really does want to see the best impressions and they actually care about it. With that said I can't wait to start actual aligner treatment with this company and am hoping that it'll work out for the best, and so far I am very impressed with the customer service!!!

It might take a little time to start out the process but you have to consider shipping and thr entire process being remote. My teeth had a huge gap and Alignerco fixed the issue, I loved the experience so much I just recently purchased the retainer sets. Affordable and overall great experience.
